Our Cabins have everything you need!
All of our waterfront cabins are well insulated and air-conditioned/heated. They stay very cold in the summer and warm in the winter.
Each waterfront cabin has 2 queen beds and 2 day beds, a full size refrigerator, convection microwave, table top cooktop, coffee maker, and comes with all silverware, plates, pots and pans etc. as well as linens and towels. There is a full bathroom in each cabin with shower.

Yes — full-property buyouts are available so your group has exclusive use of all 64 cabins, both event centers, and 100 private acres along Cibolo Creek.
What's the minimum number of cabins to count as a group?+
Rent as many or as few as you like. If you only book a handful, the remaining cabins will be rented to other guests — you only get the entire property to yourselves with a 64-cabin buyout.
Can we bring outside caterers or grill our own meals?+
Yes — bring in your own caterers, or grill and cook in-cabin. Every cabin has a full kitchen, and The Corral has a commercial kitchen with walk-in coolers and freezers.
Is there a central gathering space for meals, ceremonies, or programs?+
Two of them — The Corral (5,000+ capacity, stage, three bars) and The Lily House (3,000 sq ft + 2,500 sq ft creekside deck), plus plenty of outdoor gathering spots.
Are children welcome?+
Absolutely — Son's Rio Cibolo is built for families. Kids of all ages are welcome in every cabin, and the property is designed around making families feel at home.
What's the group cancellation policy?+
When you rent five or more cabins, you must cancel at least 60 days before arrival to receive a partial refund, and your stay must be 100% paid before the 60-day mark.
Do you offer a group discount?+
It depends on the time of year and days of the week. Most groups looking for a discount come on weekdays in spring or fall. Summer days, summer weekends, and most spring and fall weekends are typically busy or fully booked, so the best discounts are when we're not full.
